Low Temperature and Cryogenic Grinding Bead Mill "LNM Type"

It is possible to generate nanoparticles using "dry" processing through cryogenic grinding with liquid nitrogen.

Bead mill processing can be performed in liquid nitrogen at -196℃. By using dry ice beads, we can solve the problem of contamination of products with impurities, and dry grinding allows for grinding down to the nano to sub-micron range. While the recovery from conventional bead mill processing is in a slurry form, the recovery from grinding in liquid nitrogen becomes powder. Grinding of metallic silicon and pharmaceuticals is also possible. 【Features】 ■ Grinding in an inert environment ■ Simplification of the drying process ■ Grinding of difficult-to-grind materials is possible ■ No material changes due to temperature rise, etc. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
